How fast can you get out here?
Call us and we will give you a real answer the same day. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Active leaks get prioritised — tell us it is actively coming through the ceiling when you call.
Is a repair worth it, or should I just replace?
It depends almost entirely on how old the roof is. On a roof with ten years left, a repair is obviously the right call. On a twenty-two year old roof, spending money on a patch is often throwing it away. We will show you both numbers and let you decide.
Do you charge for the inspection?
No. The inspection is free whether you hire us or not, and you get the photos either way.
Will a repair void my manufacturer warranty?
Not when it is done to the manufacturer’s specification, which is how we do it. Poor repair work by an uncertified installer is a real way to void shingle coverage, which is worth knowing before you let the cheapest quote onto your roof.
