Every roof replacement and new installation carries a written 15-Year No Leak Guarantee. If a leak traces back to our work, we fix it promptly and free of charge.

All of our roof installations come with our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our work, so we offer all of our homeowners the following warranty for the lifetime of their asphalt shingle roof:
Retex Roofing & Exteriors hereby guarantees that all work will be completed at or above manufacturer and industry standards.
Retex shall be notified, in writing, of any leaks as soon as discovered to prevent any additional damage. Retex will fix any cause for water leaks within the warranty period promptly and free of charge. Retex is not responsible for any interior damage that may occur. Retex does not warrant against damage caused by ice dams, foot/traffic wear, damages caused by other tradesmen or anything not directly related to a defect in Retex's workmanship.
Warranty transfers once to a new owner. This transfer must be registered with Retex, in writing, within 60 days of the closing.
All replacements or new installations come with a 15-year No Leak Guarantee.
What's covered
- Leaks caused by our installation, fixed free of charge
- Workmanship at or above manufacturer and industry standard
- Flashing, pipe collars, valleys and edge details we installed
- Transfer to one future owner, registered within 60 days of closing
What isn't
- Interior damage resulting from a leak
- Wear from foot traffic on the roof
- Ice dams (a clause carried over from our northern markets)
- Damage caused by other contractors working on the roof
- Anything not traceable to a defect in our workmanship
Making a claim
- Tell us as soon as you see it. In writing, so there's a record and the damage stops there. Email or the contact form both work.
- We come look. Usually within a few days, and we photograph what we find the same way we do on an inspection.
- We fix what's ours. Promptly and at no charge. If the cause turns out to be something the warranty doesn't cover, we'll tell you that plainly and quote the repair.
